Hello,
I've just purchased SecureLine VPN, I receive emails but I can't send them with VPN on. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
Mac OS X El Capitan v.10.11.6
Outlook for Mac v.15.33, using SLL.

Hello,
the frequent reason is that your email provider blocks SMTP traffic, if it comes from foreign country/outside of its network/specific IP addresses. It is considered as an anti-spam protection.

Thanks for your comment and help Martin.
My technical knowledge is limited, but I've been using my email accounts with SMTP for many years and from many different locations/countries and never experienced this issues.
Should my email provider or my internet provider be able to solve this?
Kind regards,
FM

Well I know for a fact my provider does not filter SPAM so it cannot be that in my case.
VPN OFF - no problems using Outlook for Mac
VPN ON = no send of emails.

Hello,
Could you please provide us information about your email provider so we can have a closer look? It is very likely that the issues are being caused by the email provider, but let us check it :)
Cheers,
B.
