Title: How to repair this aswStm.sys error from Avast?

It says its an Avast anti-virus file when i check this website https://www.file.net/process/aswstm.sys.html (https://www.file.net/process/aswstm.sys.html) Can anyone help me with this problem, it suddenly destroyed my O.S and can't use the PC right now for work..
