Title: "Unable to Read Boot Device" error after a Restart installing Avast Free Antivir

Hi,
We Recently got a new Dell Inspiron. After our McAfee trial ended, I opted to get Avast Free Antivirus, however I think this was an mistake... After installing this I restarted and got a "Unable to Read Boot Device" BSOD. This forced Dell's OS recovery program to kick in and wipe the whole drive and start from fresh as it was unable to recover anything :'(  >:( I would like to know if this is an issue that's happened before or something is wrong.
