... but it's impossible to disable the renew option. Any suggestions? Thanks

Dit geeft zeer weinig vertrouwen in Alvast....
This doesn't give me much trust in Alvast....

Contact zoeken is bijna?? onmogelijk.
Contact is almost ??? impossible

i have the same problem i can't change my subscription or even cancel it. :/

How do you cancel a trial subscription?  We have called 2 numbers and immediately get disconnected.  We have filled out an online help form...no response
