Title: White screen

I am unable to open Avast Premier, all I get is this white box:

I have repaired/modified it in the control panel options but also uninstalled and reinstalled - nothing has solved the problem.

Can anyone offer me some advice, please?

- Which version of Premier..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

Sorry to sound like an absolute plum but how can I find out that?

I've been using Avast for a while but since a Windows 10 build was updated then that's when problems appeared - compatibility?

Right click on the Avast Tray icon and select About Avast.

As for the windows OS questions - hit the windows (plus the R) key at the bottom left of the keyboard and type "winver" (without the quotes) and click OK - this should give you all that OS information.
