I'm having an issue with my Avast on one of my computers, where when I go to "Protection" and select "Scans", it says "Loading Scans" but never actually gets to the selection screen where I can pick a scan to use.
Any suggestions on what might be wrong or what to do to fix this? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
