Title: Securline blocks uTorrent

uTorrent has never worked with Secureline and is entirely blocked. It never ran slow, or spiked, or partially worked. This has been over nearly a year.

I did change my server to the closest one to me, i.e., Seattle with no result.

Is this in fact an Avast/Secureline issue? Would seem to be since no other app or software prevents uTorrent from doing its thing.

I'm not a "Super Power User", but can handle most resolution issues on my own if presented to me.
