Offered a SecureLine Upgrade when the old one was working fine. But, taking it, I find it has "encountered a technical issue" and is now frozen. Am I the only one this has happened to? And even if so, How do I get SecureLine back on-line?

Stand alone version or part of Avast and which version of Avast ???

Avast Security working fine.. SecureLine not responding.

SecureLine is a separate purchase unless you are using Avast Ultimate (https://www.avast.com/ultimate)
