Title: avast cloudcare =monitoring

Hi! The company I work for recently introduced Avast CloudCare. We were told it was for AntiVirus Protection, and from what I read on the internet so far is that the programme simply reports virus threats should they come up. But I was wondering: is this also a monitoring programme? Meaning: does this programme not only register the websites I visited, but also how much time i spent on the site, how many clicks etc? I would be grateful for any information on the topic
