Title: Windows XP SP2 renew free license

I have been using  Avast Free Antivirus for about 10 years.
There is Windows XP SP2 installed at my home computer and it can not be changed.
I have got a problem with license renewal for  Avast Free Antivirus 10.3.2225.
While I try to renew the license I get a message "Ресурсы в интернете недоступны" (some kind of "Unavailable Internet Resource"; sorry, I have the Russian program interface). avast_free_antivirus_setup_online.exe does not start giving the mistake "Failed to get proc address for GetLogicalProcessorInformation (DLL KERNEL32.dll)".

Will you be so kind to send me an offline activation code or a link to another installer.

hey and welcome to the forum, simple answer avast need sp3 there is also a sp4 you can try but is no offical release from micrsoft that sp4 to run on win xp.

might wanna consider to upgrade to win 7 seens microsoft have droped support for xp like two years ago
the error youhave could meaby be solve if you look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-k1FTCKh-sU but suspect its becouse you don't have sp3.

Thank you! But the problem is that Windows XP SP2 CAN NOT be changed :(
