Title: Wrong Email

I recently got the free trial for the premium cleanup. I wrote Gmail instead of Hotmail and Gmail doesn't allow you to put _ in the email. I cannot get an order id and when I try to get support. It's an automated message which doesn't recognise that I used the wrong email.
