Title: charged for new license but no email notifications or license key

Hi, despite my attempts to cancel autorenewal with digital river my card has been charged. I received no email notification of pending charge or a receipt for such. When i checked my account at avast and digital river there is no new license or transaction showing. Any help appreciated.
