Help please
Avast has put my new road tax update in the virus chest and will not let me restore it.
Gone to virus chest and can see it is from dvla.gsi.gov.uk and is coming at expected time. Have highlighted it and sent it to Avast as a false positive.
Now, when I try to restore, get the message "Whoops, error occurred. File cannot be restored" tried closing and reopening Avast and restarted my computer but keep getting the same message.
Help please... I do need that file before the 24th February!
Horrible captcha... third fourth attempt... also my third post so should be the last time, thank goodness but wonder you ever get any new users.

what malware name did avast give?
You can do this if you trust that file
access your mail account from webmail, is the mail and attachment still there?
If so you can right click avast tray icon, manage shields, pause shields and download the attachment

Many thanks.. can see it on webmail and the attachment is still there. It is in the form of a Java script DVLA#####.js. No idea why they do it that way but it is correct as it was returned on my payment of a substantial fee and the accompanying email has everything else correct. Now I know it is there, I can download and print as you suggest.
Saved my bacon!
Tried a staight download... Avast gives me the message
infected with JS:Downloader-EFF[Trj]
