Hello,
we've reported a couple false positive files from our application last week - the form suggests we should be receiving a report very soon about the status and consideration of the false positive. However, our customers are getting upset.
How long does this process take normally?

which form was used for reporting the false positives?
If you still have the reported files, can you share their sha256s (or Virustotal links of their scan), please? This can help us find the files.
