Title: Avast Premier blocking software and ignoring exclusions

My Avast recently did an update and I noticed all of my exclusions and application control settings are gone (which is really starting to piss me off). I have since applied them again, but several of the software(s) I use is STILL being blocked despite it's file path having an exclusion in the File Shield, Firewall, and Behavior Shield.

This is extremely frustrating, and I recently renewed my yearly license... Strongly reconsidering after having been an Avast customer for 10 years.

Same here. 50 users, and call are starting to com in.... Legit apps and URLs that are accessed daily by users are timing out. Reinstalling Avast seems to remedy this, but - I don't have all day...
Pls advise.
