Title: License active but still no firewall or pro features

I activated my avastlic file and Avast indeed says that my Avast Premier is licensed but Avast still says that Firewall and other pro features are not available.

Avast keeps pressuring me to turn on the firewall ever since I activated, but always errors out as "Firewall not available"

How do I fix this?

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

I still do not have premier features
