Title: Cleanup gets to 50% and then stops working.

I have recently downloaded the trial for the Cleanup program however every time I try to run it I get a message saying we've run into a problem and that I need to restart the computer and try again (image attached)
This happens every time that I try to run the program at about the 50% mark. I like Avast and would really like to add the cleanup program but at the moment I cant make any use of it.
