I bought a license for avast premier 25/03/2017 and of course based on that it runs out March 2018.  However, I paid 39.99 for something from Avast in August 2017...I can only think I had a reminder and pressed the button and paid...I have proof of payment...but no ID number to activate it, this doesn't show on my account licenses available however....there are two licenses running for Avast cleanup at 19.99 each...that overlap each other!

Can anyone tell me what is going on, the Avast support thing is no good at all as it asks for an ID number...I don't have anything for the 39.99 payment, just an email saying that I have 204 days left on my avast premier, download now, when I click it, it says link expired.

This is very annoying!

Thanks, I have tried to put in a "report" no ID for purchase tho!

What a nightmare site to get around, from a Tech company!

No direct help, just type a question in and our database might have something vaguely linked.

How about some live support...other companies have it!

I pay plenty for it!

Really annoyed at this!
