Title: Transfering License

Hi, I'm trying to transfer my license from my old desktop to my new one. I got to step 6 on the transfer help page but I don't have a code to activate my Internet Security version and when I check my account it says I don't have a license to apply.

It's telling me there's no valid license. Before I followed step 5 (Delete from Account) it said there was still about 30% of it's time frame remaining so I know it didn't expire.

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller..?

I bought it directly, through the program's purchase section.
