Title: scam email?

I have received an email to say paypal have taken £59.99 from my account from Digital River Ireland LTD, ive checked my paypal account and nothing YET has been taken, i checked the email return address and it came from RAYTEX-EG.COM this looks a very genuine email but I think its a scam.
Has anyone had these please?

i also have had one and got concerned so changed passwords  and cards on paypal also uninstalled avast and installed again etc  i panicked   but nothing has been took  cause i did not authorise any payment to do with avast at all
