Title: .tgz files...
Post by: joanlui on April 07, 2003, 08:29:29 PM
Hey...I have just downloaded my Intel chipset modem driver for Linux from:

ftp://download.intel.com/design/modems/support/drivers/linux/Intel-536ep-S.tgz

It's a .tgz format file.

When I scan it with Avast!4 my system frozen!!!!

What about that?  8)

Bye!

Hmm, really...? It works normally here (avast scans 30 files inside the archive and ends)... strange... :(

You have Win98, right? I'll try it on other OS's tommorow...
