Hi Team,
Can you please cancel my free trial to Avast Cleanup Premium? As this was a purchase for my sister, the email address used was candy@hotmail.com. It was only purchased earlier today.
Please assist as I do not get any correspondence.

I would suggest that you follow Asyn's link and also remove the email address in your post. As the forums are publicly available, email addresses could be harvested and end up on all sorts of spam list.

Thanks, but I don't have access to that email to login and obtain the order ID and password to be able to cancel it which is why I need assistance with it.
