Title: Microsoft Office Templates

When I try to download a template from within Word 2010 (or Excel), I get an error "The template cannot be downloaded". I found that if I temporarily disable the Behavior Shield I can download the templates. After some reading I found that you can add programs that you trust to the exclusion list for the behavior shield, so I added "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\WINWORD.EXE" to the exclusions, but still cannot download templates without disabling the behavior shield.

As an experiment, I also tried adding :\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates to the exclusions for Behavior Shield, but no luck.

Has anyone else dealt with this before?
