Title: Firewall application settings change on restart

For the last several months now I have Adobe blocked from accessing the internet because for years I've just been over the update that never needs to happen.  I set in the firewall settings to block all connections and yet whenever I turn my computer on Adobe has managed to override this setting and allow "internet out" and I have to go back in and set it to "block all connections"

1) how is a program able to override the firewall settings within avast
2) how do I stop this
