Avast picked up the Win32:PSWSpy and Win32:PSWSpy-B during my last scan. It was under my
localsettings/temp/tempdirectory1forkf141.zip/keyfinder.exe/xpkey.exe(L)/win32:PSWSpy(tool)
and
...officekey.exe(L)/win32:PSWSpy-B(tool)
I got the following error message in my scan report-
During file delete error occurred. The operation is not supported. I got a similar message when trying to move the file to the chest.
What can I do?

If the file are inside of a packed archive (like rar, zip, etc.) it can't be deleted itself, only ALL the archive file.
Maybe you can try the boot-time scanning either, to avoid access denial:
Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning.
Select for scanning archives.
Boot.

Check your current running process, kill those processes related to the two viruses. and then delete
