Title: Help - phone blocked I cant access

Hi
my child inserted wrong pass and now mny phone is blocked and wont unlock, Ive tried different pins and none worked, also I logged in from my computer to my avast account and I dont see the device to unlock from there,
what can I do ??

I ve tried that but get a 403 error saying disallowed user agent, embedded user-agent are not allowed to access google accounts

this is a samsung A5 2018, can´t even see the versions, the phone is blocked
