Title: Refund request

Hello, today my trial subscription has converted to a full version, I was not aware that the auto renewal was still on and it took money out of my card. It's important that I get the money back as soon as possible. How long will the refund take? I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail. Please help me, i really need that money.

Hi, I had cancelled my subscription and yet y'all still took money out of my account. I would appreciate it if you would put my money back
