Title: avast rpc server ui automation does not start

hi. a blind computer user using jaws for windows from http://www.freedomscientific.com. and now had to use the clear avast tool, then reinstall. says the ui automation did not start. tried control panel, administrative tools, services, local services, then tried to start avast anti virus free, latest stable version. any ideas, how to fix this. thanks..
