its been almost 4 days, avast still hasnt done anything. im just panicking, sorry.is anyone able to see if my ticket is at a priority or has been sent

Let's be a bit realistic, You posted the request on 5/11/2018 in the evening.
There was a weekend to consider. It usually takes 5-7 business days.
Please have some patience.
