Title: Error code and program failure with latest windows 10 update

I had a huge windows 10 update take place and for whatever reason the update made allot of changes to existing settings for default programs.  In the instance of the password manager from Avast the program is locked and I'm getting the following error code which I can't find any details on online at all.

Error 0x8009000BU

There is nothing else listed.  I use FF as my default browser and Mozilla Thunderbird as my email program, the update reset these back to Edge and Outlook and so far I haven't been able to figure out how this has impacted Avast password manager.
