Title: cannot syncronize avast password

Hello, my master password does not work anymore or so I forgot.
Is there a way to reset the master password without losing all the passwords I've already registered?

I have backup email restore, but when trying to use it it asks me the same master password that does not work or that I forgot, and I fall into the same problem.

Reset of master password without its knowledge is not possible (obvious security reasons)

Could you please provide me output of this command (run it command prompt)?
