Title: Upgraded to Pro but not received

Sunday I took your $5.95 offer and upgraded to Pro using my Nexus 6 in the Play Store. Still seeing ads. I even re-installed, cleared the cache and data and restarted the phone. No joy. Should I get a refund and try again or can it be fixed manually? Logged in with Google as gonzo74405@gmail.com.

Hi, I cannot see your upgrade in our Order management console (only your VPN licences). Could you check, if the transfer was complete and you were really charged?
