OK, I follow all the instructions on your website to cancel the auto renewal and they lead me to a dead end.
I've deleted Avast Cleanup from my computer after it locked up several of me programs and will not be using your product.
My order Id is 13558654738 and I DO NOT WANT IT RENEWED.

Hello,
your subscription has just been cancelled. You don't need to worry about charging your credit card when the trial expires.
The trial is still valid until 6th June so you can enjoy our product until then.

Hi! I'm experiencing a similar issue. No confirmation email was sent to me after I applied for the free trial. I created an Avast account, went to licenses, and tried to cancel my subscription from there. I clicked the cancel auto renewal button there, yet I have no idea if it's actually cancelled my subscription. Is there any way of checking? Thanks much.

same problem here, no confirmation email recieved. also don't want to extend the use of the software. do you need anything to cancel?

I opted for the 60 Day Free Trial, and recieved no confirmation email with order ID or any information regarding the application.
All i would like is for the subscription to be cancelled, as i cannot find any way of turning the auto renewal off. When looking at my licenses it says "you dont have any licenses yet".
Please Advise.

The trial period is still valid until September 18th so you can still enjoy our product until then.
