I have a couple of licence keys but I don't know which product they are for or how to apply them.

Can someone help??

Not really good to publish your licenses on an open forum, they could get harvested resulting in them being blocked.

Where did you get the numbers from ?
If they came in an email receipt then that should say what the purchase was for.

Have you looked in your my.avast.com account, Licenses section, that should indicate what they are for.

Yes I did look in my account and they don't show on there.
I'm wondering if they actually were used on a different 64 bit machine and were never registered as such as that machine does not show on my account.

Looks like you are going to have to contact avast support.  Try the following: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/enter/ (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/enter/), the Billing, payment, or license issues would appear to be the nearest category for what you are asking.
