Title: Issues accessing a utilities website

I am not a forums user in any regard so apologies if this isn't where it should be posted..

Avast is blocking me out of a Utilities website that I've been using for multiple years now with no issues.

I've added it to my exemptions list on the web shield but this message pops up that I am unable to close out of.     https://imgur.com/a/EN6Ky5V (https://imgur.com/a/EN6Ky5V)   this is a screen shot of the warning.

I just want to pay my electric bill.

You can report a suspected FP (File/Website) here: https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php

Seems as if Avast Online Security is flagging a possible https:// phishing site per what your warning snip indicates.

Click the website upper right corner when viewing scanning results.

Hello.

Site was being blocked until yesterday as URL:Phishing.
Not classified only by AOS
