Title: Cant activate my subscription on new computer

So I'm trying to put my subscription on a new pc, but when I go and log in it says I don't have an account? If I don't have an account then how are you sending me email confirmations and what not? I no longer have a code on the confirmation email and I am not connected with you via Facebook. I have paid £50 for your services I expect to be able to move it to another pc. I have now made an account with the email that I was sent the confirmation email to. Please Help ASAP!
