Title: Device Not Showing in MYAccount

I am a tech working for a restaurant. They asked me to make sure there was Anti Virus on all pc's. I have 2 sets of licenses both under the same email. Both licenses show under my account when i log in. I have 8 total (5 w/ license and 3 with the other)

I loaded 7 with no issue. The 8th will load but not show in my device list. I loaded it the same way. I made sure I checked the box "sync with the email" and it showed my current email.

Any advice?

my device didn't appear also. Any idea?
