Title: avast refuses to scan

Hello !

Installation Avast OK = protected computer.

When I run the program it comes a blank screen = impossible scanner.

1 agent is not active = passive mode because second antivirus says Avast.

I do not have any other antivirus programs installed ???

I disabled Windows Defender.

My Acer Aspire 7250 probably has a Shredder64.msi virus that causes the error 1706.

I deleted all the registry keys for Egistec and Shredder = I do not have the error message anymore, but Avast (reinstalled twice) launches and stays with the empty window (white Avast screen).

Solution?

thank you for your reply
my friend was in a hurry and we installed another AVIRA antivirus instead AVAST.
We could run a scan = no virus!
My friend left with his computer, but I see (too late) that Farbar Recovery shows anomalies!
There is still a key Egis Tech (suspect) in the registry and .. also anomalies with AVIRA !?!?
Damn! no way to fix.

If you want help, attach the requested logs

you have only  attached one log, frst.txt is missing
