Title: Why can't I log in on the cellphone with the same credentials I use on the PC?

Title says it all. I'm trying to log in to install Avast on a new (replacement) cellphone, and it says invalid username and/or password. Credentials are supplied by the identical password manager as used on a PC, where the login succeeds.
