Title: Avast The blue screen of death

Good afternoon.

On an old computer with Windows XP SP3 was installed avast free antivirus, yesterday updated to the latest version, rebooted ...

As a result: The blue screen of death.

Stop: 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0XB9237761, 0XBA4FF00C, 0XBA4FED08).

Loaded only in safe mode, in safe mode with network support does not load.

In safe mode, I deleted avast with standard windows. Problem still exists.

If I'm in safe mode - I'll delete the remnants of the program with avastclear.exe, clean the registry with the program ccleaner and reboot - will this solve the problem or not? ..

Help please ... I do not want to reinstall the operating system ...

Good Afternoon,

I just used Avast's avastclear.exe on a windows 7 pc in safe mode and the software was gone.  I would do that first and see if your problem is fixed before using cccleaner.
