Title: Блокировка веб-сайтов (Blocking websites)

Раньше можно было блокировать сайты (https://vk.com) в настройках.
Сейчас сайты не блокируются в настройках, даже если их туда добавить.
Сейчас даже галочка "Разрешить блокировку веб-сайтов" не сохраняется.
Я с Украины. У нас хоть и запрещены vk.com и другие, но студенты заходят через VPN на Opera без проблем.

Previously, you could block sites (https://vk.com) in the settings.
Now the sites are not blocked in the settings, even if they are added there.
Now even the checkbox "Allow blocking websites" is not saved.
I'm from Ukraine. At us though vk.com and others are forbidden, but students come through VPN on Opera without problems.

If it's a banned site why would you place a live link here...please change https to hxxps
