Hi,
Please help, I have 2 questions:
1. How can I remove uTorrent from restricted programs?
Avast Firewall blocks it so I can't download movies

2. How can I activate Windows Defender as the main firewall and Avast wirewall will be in slow mode?

Never run two software firewalls
