I've never seen this on Firefox ESR until today.

Could be that Firefox ESR does not support TLS 1.3 or it is not turned on inside the browser.

I'm running FF ESR as well but can't confirm your issue.

I just reinstalled it and I didn't get any warning message. Also remembered all of my add on's.

Not nearly as many privacy add on's as there used to be.
