Title: Passwords crashing on iPhone when adding a username for a new account

In the last few days whenever I have tried to add a new password entry Avast Passwords accepts entries for all fields except Username and crashes immediately when that field is selected.

iPhone 8 on iOS 11.4.1

Sorted with the update to Passwords 1.12.1  :D
