Title: Oops SecureLine VPN has encountered a technical issue
Post by: REDACTED on July 14, 2018, 06:26:23 PM
Reinstalled several times.  Tried importing license file, entering code manually, etc.  Trying to contact technical support consists of an endless loop of suggestions for plebeians who have never debugged a computer issue before by themselves.   There is no option for a support ticket or a live chat.  I want to give Avast my business but they are making it very difficult.  Is it time to pay for Norton?

Hallo!

Which version? Builtin or standalone?

I've tried both, but I'm currently using builtin.

Can you try the standalone beta version?

If you do, you need to disable (remove) the built in module before installing the
stand alone version.

Raeken and bob3160, thank you very much!  Previously installs/re-installs of the standalone version appeared to clash with built-in module.  Thanks!!

You're welcome. You can't run both versions. :)
