Title: why my site is flagged URL:Mal order-bulk.com

I have removed everything in my site long time ago,
i am trying to build a eCommerce web site now
i am not able to open my site order-bulk.com, every time i got a warning message about URL:Mal
I am sure there was nothing in my empty site.
what happen ?  if i create a site and customer see the warning that mean i will fail.................
what should i do to remove the flag from avast?
