Title: Avast Free - can not renew license

Hello,

My Avast Free shows a reminder that the free license that I'm updating each year is expiring, showing 2 options: basic protection (free) and complex protection (paid). I never use paid software. But this time when I'm pressing "basic" the loading animation window appears but in some time it either disappears or changes into blank window. Something does not work
My internet connection is OK

What's wrong with Avast? Does it work?

P.S. Sorry the screenshot is in Russian (I'm using RU version)
