Even though I cancell auto-renewal, it got enabled again and I got charged for the next year for Internet security, Cleanup premium coming tomorrow.
I wrote support about both, no response yet, nor any confirmation by email about me contacting them. The orders now cannot be found on the find-order site even though I copied the order ID straight from the emails about activation.
