Title: One touch works for one computer but not the other
Post by: PreacherAl on August 21, 2018, 01:11:03 AM
I've been struggling with Passwords in general.  Sometimes it doesn't want to remember new passwords.  But my big issue now is that I cannot seem to get my laptop to recognize my phone when I try to use one touch.  So is it possible to use one phone to work for two different computers.  My desktop works fine, but the laptop with is faster but older doesn't want to complete the process of setting up for one touch.  When click on the button to continue I just get a blank white screen.  One time I briefly saw where it was asking for a password, but then it immediately went away.

So then I am left with the questions:
1. Is it possible to use one phone for "One Touch" for two computers?
2. If you cannot, can I use and android tablet to enable "One touch" for the other computer?

Thanks.

P.S.  I appreciate the new function that requires you to log in at least once a day.  Before, if someone had stolen my computer and guessed my PIN they would have had access to all my accounts.
