Title: Problem with "Sites block"

Hi, I'm trying to block this site but nothing worked for me. The site is:

Is an advertisement page that I can't block. I open the html sourcecode and I saw taht there is a javascript that change the URL of the page (or something like that). Unfortunately I'm not too able to solve this problem.
